I’m not the best at …
I’m not the best at doing these with a lot of consequence.. but without consequence I can pump out 30.. but with pull ups I can only do 20, but more one rep max consequence and I teach them the same lol… very weird.

@wylfwylfwylf Its not in this area the stiffness after training im talking in this area . Its in this area gym monkeys who have far too much muscle size and so small flexibility due to poor technique and poor exercise choice. more ply + medicine ball + core stability exercises should be incorporated. Excellent man for the Muay thai though

@beanpolehitch Ya excellent for you, but I don’t get why you whine and in this area that every person must be flexible like a kung fu boy, I do gym 3-4 times a week for the past 2 years and also teach muay thai so. Just stretch your muscles after each workout and you won’t be converted into stiff

@wylfwylfwylf lol! im guessing by your comment that you are also a gym monkey. Im no skinny boy, im 6 ft 6 and throw javelins at a national amount. Not a sport for skinny boys… or gym monkeys for that matter. You need flexibility and explosive strength for that , sumthing you guys dnt know anything in this area
