Had my first dosage of creatine monohydrate yesterday 30 minutes before my heavy workout. Woke up this morning with minimal muscle aches. Proper cooldown of 5 to 10 minutes also helps.

    i mean you eat more while on creatine because your lifting much harder than before so maybe some. But you gain more from the muscle you build. And yes you should get high and take creatine so you eat even more to have more stout to gain more muscle hahaha it all works out

    this dude sucks.. hes has obviously never felt the effects like i have. creatine super hydrates your muscles, take it after every work out within 15 minutes for best consequences. Taste a lot of water and do this daily. Give it a coupe weeks to truely kick in. You will honestly pump out workouts like they’re nothing and never fatigue, and you will only be hungry for more.
