		<description>&lt;b&gt;I thought that ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I thought that turning my wrists &amp; elbows in while doing the incline dumbell bench would put even more emphasis on the triceps but was pleasantly surprised.  The next day my chest was quite sore. Usually my triceps fail before my chest but this way they don&#039;t. Thanks for the video Lee.</description>
