Whаt’s thе best way tο work out уουr lower abdominal muscles?
Whеn I dο sit-ups, οnlу mу upper abs аrе flexing аnd getting stressed. Mу lower abs don’t seem tο bе doing much work bυt I want tο gеt rid οf a small pot belly іn thаt area. I appreciate аnу hеlр.

    leg lifts or doing sit ups while hanging your torso of of something breaking the 180 plane tends to work the lower abs more

    watch what you eat all the time in the gym was wasted if you kill it in the kitchen..next get a bench that inclines.and do incline sit ups with your head at the lowest point and upset your knees..also place a stick crosswise your shoulder hold with hands as far apart as you can lean over sideways and go side ti side Hope you know this..excellent luck

    Try scissors. That’s where you lie on your back, raise your legs and cross them over each other. Or else lie on your back and spell out the alphabet by raising your legs and tracing the shapes of the calligraphy with your feet – legs honest, toes pointed for best consequences. Won’t take you long to feel exactly which muscles these are working if you haven’t done it before!

    leg lifts are fantastic, but try this exercise: first: lay on your back and lift your bottom torso with both feet a few inches high continue doing this up and downward in this area 20-25 reps daily this will really help.

    Lay on your back, reach your arms above your head and hang on to your couch or something heavy. Keep both legs together and raise and lower them nearly to the floor.
