    well use something for dumbells

    pullups – all different kinds

    situps – all different kinds

    crunches

    diamond and close in pushups ( so you dont work chest)

    stuff like this

    for your legs…
    i swear by lunges!
    i despise them, but i like them.

    for your abs…
    6 inches – lay flat on the floor and lift your legs 6 inches off the ground for 60 seconds. go longer if you can. don’t place your hands under your butt

    russian twists – this is a excellent oblique exercise. sit on your butt and lift your legs up with your knees bent and twist your hands from side to side.
