    I like the Abs Jam by Turbo Jam.

    I’ve heard Hip Hop Abs is an awesome workout but I’ve never tried it before. You can watch clips on http://www.beachbody.com

    Unfortunately, all of these guys are ill-treat. You cannot expect to realize visible abs quickly. In fact, all of these ab gimmicks that promise you quick consequences are b.s. You see, nobody wants to do what they have to do to get a better body, everyone always want the simple and quickest way out. No matter what ab workout you do, (which not alot of ab work is necessary anyway) you MUST result in your bodyfat percentage down linking 8-10% to see clearly visible abs. This is achieved mainly by watching what you eat. Eat low stout everything. Don’t taste sodas, any sodas including diet ones. Do cardio. I do 45-60 minutes seven days a week but do as much for as often as you are comfortable doing. Don’t burn yourself out. But I repeat this because it is so vital you etch this into your brain…your DIET is what mainly dictates how quickly your bodyfat percentage will fall. Do like 3 sets of standard crunches 3 times a week at the very most. Do each set till failure. Failure means in anticipation of you can do no more. Excellent luck, and don’t dissipate your hard earned cash on all of these gimmicks you see on the TV. It’s all to make those guys money
