thе two days іn a row business οnlу applies іf youre REALLY giving уουr muscles a ехсеllеnt gο аt іt (οr аrе trying tο bе a bodybuilder). otherwise youre fine, especially іf youre nοt sore. іtѕ thе soreness thаt ѕhουld alert уου tο give іt a rest.

the two days in a row business only applies if youre REALLY giving your muscles a excellent go at it (or are trying to be a bodybuilder). otherwise youre fine, especially if youre not sore. its the soreness that should alert you to give it a rest.

Yeah for sure, if you don’t feel sore that means you’re not working it sufficient

Twice a year – no more than that. You can seriously hurt your Garapteus Longitudinus muscles near your sternum.

….suppose as long as you don’t do too much on the second day ,but take care. If you’re using a gym as a qualified instructor for advice

your partly right in relation to working the same group out twice in 2 days, but with the abs which are a very small muscle group you are pretty safe to resume a second workout the next day as long as there are no aches or pains. remember also that most aches dont occur till the 3rd day once the muscle has been neglected long sufficient.
Huge muscle groups such as legs, chest, back should be left to rest, but smaller groups such as arms, abs can safely be worked out more frequently under the rite circumstances

your not supposed to work out any muscle to much because you can pull or tear something without knowing it untile your done you are supposed to give your muscles time to repair them selfs from your work out.

No, it’s overtraining. Very harmful to your body. It doesn’t matter how intense you worked them the day before, bottom line is unless you want to hurt yourself in the long run, don’t do that.

I agree if you aren’t sore, but take it lightly at the initiation & stop if it hurts.
