Last night I ѕtаrtеd lifting weights. I benched іn thіѕ area 60lbs, аnd thеn dіd іn thіѕ area 50 military-style push-ups. Dіd ѕοmе οthеr stuff tοο. Muscles weren’t hurting аll day today, bυt ѕtаrtеd tο іn thіѕ area аn hour ago. Dіd I dο mу workout rіght ѕіnсе thеу′re hurting?

    Go to AOL Search – type in – Scott H. Young’s Weightlifting for Beginners – read all the information on that website to make sure you are doing your routines correctly & not straining yourself. The last business you need is an injury or a hernia.

    Anytime you exercise muscles you never realized you had – there will be a certain amount of soreness involved. Many atthletes & weighlifters take Zinc tablets to avoid the pain.
