If i keep the same weights say for example 40kg for 3 sets chest excersices. and after a month or so my body finds doing this simple and i dont feel much but i dont boost the sets or the reps. will my muscles stay the same shape and size or will they decrease?     I have been doing preacher curls but they don’t seem to boost the peak. My biceps are growing larger but are quite flat.

    u wont be sore untill the next day.
    but if u have a spotter. u let him or her spot u untill ur muscle gives out and burns like then ull kno. that goes for biceps tho cuz usually biceps can be hardly sore the next day

    yeah, but some stabelizing muscles won’t be reached if you just use machines. Machines are awesome for focusing on one particular spot according to me. I have worked out for 3 years so I’m still kind of a beginner I guess
