    I deally you would want to do this 3 times a week – alternating days.

    so for example: Mon | Wed | Fri

    but depending on your fitness amount and how sore you feel the next day you can do this routine back to back on consecutive days.

    Just keep in mind that rest is vital for considering consequences.

    once you get comfortable with that switch over to 1 min each exercise.

    try and go for 30 seconds per exercise…or if you really want to get a excellent sweat going try and go for 1 min each exercise.

    Also try and get in 3 sets :)
