yes it helps you get a six pack you just have to burn stout its that simple it took me a while to know all those endless crunches no point well they do make your abs larger but they dont show unless you lose stout even the smallest bit of stout stops it considering your abs

Super exctied. These Videos are fantastic, and even if you can’t do as much as he’s doing, remember to take a time in building your time up. If you are overweight and want this, you have to be careful, don’t hurt yourself and take breaks when needed. Try to build yourself to be able to go on with the workouts without stopping.! Excellent luck everyone.!
