Chest:
Dumbell Bench Press
Dumbell Flys
Incline Benchpress
Dips (optional but highly recommended)

Biceps:
Barbell Curl (either use the barbell or ezy curl bar)
Incline seated dumbell curls
Hammer curls or reverse grip barbell curl

Triceps:
Close grip benchpress or Head crushers
Tricep extensions 
Tricep pushdown
