to get bigger?

Max Diamond push ups
20 dumbell curls each arm, 20 pds, (weight and reps to maybe increase, I can maybe do 25 pds)

I have been doing about 7 types of 20-rep dumbell workouts, for the past 10 months, significantly increasing the weight I was lifting, but not huge muscle gain.
Im looking to change to a simpler workout.

Hi mate, here are a few exercises you can do

Chest:
Dumbell Bench Press
Dumbell Flys
Incline Benchpress
Dips (optional but highly recommended)

Biceps:
Barbell Curl (either use the barbell or ezy curl bar)
Incline seated dumbell curls
Hammer curls or reverse grip barbell curl

Triceps:
Close grip benchpress or Head crushers
Tricep extensions
Tricep pushdown
